Do you only work on Athletes?
No. We have helped 1000s of Austinites of all ages, shapes, sizes and conditions over the years. Many of our clients are not serious or competitive athletes. They work in offices and/or sit at computers all day with all the accompanying aches and pains that go with it. (In fact, we have a reputation for having the best Prenatal Massage therapists in town!)
Do you have to be a Member to schedule an appointment?
No. We offer Single Sessions and even Same Day appointments for everyone, based on availability. Call 512-459-0500 for details.
How are you different than the other massage companies?
Our difference is our Therapists. We hire the best LMTs in Austin who focus on therapeutic massage. Whether It’s Myofascial, Deep Tissue or sports massage, our therapists focus on getting you out of pain and back on track.
Can your Therapists help me feel better, walk/run faster, sit straighter and jump higher?
There’s only one way to find out. Call us at 512-459-0500 and talk to one of our Therapists in person. You can also send your questions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll have one of our LMTs give you a call and you can ask questions about the different therapeutic massage techniques we offer, and how they might be used to address your specific condition or concern.
Do you accept employer co-pay or flex pay plans?
YES! Your employer may cover your sessions and/or Membership! We accept most forms of employer co-pays or non-insurance, health-related pay plans. Call or email for details.
Do you give group discounts to running clubs, office sports teams, etc..?
YES! We’d love to work with your club, team or organization. Call or email for details.
Do you offer discounts for Members?
YES! We offer great Membership rates and specials. We think we have the best Membership Plan in town.
Do new Members really get 50% off all additional sessions for their first 90 days?
YES! Your health and well-being is our primary concern. Often times, new patients need more than one session in order to get where they want to go. We make this as easy as possible for new members by offering half-price sessions to all new members for 90 Days.
Can I start my 90 Days anytime?
YES! When you sign-up as a Member, you choose when you’d like your 90 Days to begin. Have an important race coming up in July? Start your 90 Days in June, etc…
How long do I have to keep my Membership?
Austin Bodyworker memberships are month-to-month, and can be canceled at any time. We kindly request that you provide us notice of at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled auto-pay. Any unused Auto-Pays (monthly billed massage) will expire 30 days from contract termination date. To cancel a membership, send an email stating your desire to cancel or fill out and send in our cancellation form.
Can I share my Membership with a spouse, relative or friend?
Unused, accrued Membership sessions may be shared with (or gifted to) household family members at no charge.
Can my husband/wife share my 50% off sessions also?
No. 50% off sessions are only for use by each member in his or her plan and cannot be shared or gifted.
What happens if I do not use one or several monthly massages?
Unused monthly sessions conveniently roll over to the next month for your personal/household use. Any unused massages will remain valid as long as your membership remains in good standing.
Can I gift unused sessions to friends?
Unused sessions may be transferred to non-household family members for $15/ea.
May I pay a deposit in order to reduce my monthly payment?
Memberships may be paid monthly, bi-annually or annually. Contact ABW for details at (512) 459-0500.
May I combine any other discounts or Promotional offers with my Membership?
Members may not combine any other discounts, promotions or specials with membership sessions.
Can I cancel my membership and sign up again next month?
If you cancel your membership for any reason, you may not re-enroll for 180 days from your previous membership termination date.
When do I get billed for my membership?
All memberships begin the calendar day you sign up online or call our office. Automatic monthly billings generally occur within 2-3 business days of your calendar sign-up date.
