You’ve been doing great all year getting into shape and working hard to stay that way. Then there is this thing called holidays… And no matter how hard you try, those sweets and treats won’t stop starring you down. It’s equivalent to the feeling you get at Target. You know, the one where you go in for just one thing and come out having binge bought everything in the store. Sure all I needed were some batteries, but that living room set was on sale and who doesn’t need three sets of the Harry Potter series?
Feel bad no longer! We have three recipes that will actually cut that sweet tooth down, and keep you from feeling the after math of a night of devouring cookies, brittle, brownies, and even those hard candies no one really likes but you couldn’t hardly leave out.
