“After just one visit, I knew I had found my place to go that’s going to help me get through the Chicago Marathon Austin Distance Challenge. Kate was incredibly knowledgeable of the muscles and pressure points, and I can’t remember a time when my body has felt better than it did following her work. I’ve had many a massages in my athletic career, and none compare to the level that they delivered. Not only are they [Austin Bodyworker Massage Therapists] experts at their trade, but are incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly! “

Love, love, love these LMT’s! I know I’m not as elite of an athlete as most of their clients but even us weekend warriors - move it so you don’t absolutely lose it types - have to go somewhere to have our aches and pains taken care of by professionals. And boy, howdy! These people know how to give TLC to little ole me!

Been going to Austin Bodyworker weekly for about a month now. I am a competitive cyclist, and they have done a wonderful job keeping me limber and working out any kinks I may have week to week.
The staff are all very friendly and they are very attentive to my needs. What I really like about this place versus other massage work I have had is the following…
1) They did not BS me and tell me I had to come in for X number of visits after my first visit. They realize people have budgets in terms of time and money and are very accommodating.
2) They do a great job of monitoring my progress each week.
3) Their online scheduling system is very easy to use for appointments.
4) Office is clean and relaxing with plenty of parking.
I plan on being a long term client of Austin Bodyworker!

I made an appointment for my husband here for our anniversary. He runs hard a lot, and sits in a chair writing much of the day. He’s had a big knot in his hamstring for months, so after I read some reviews, I thought that this place would be great for him. Additionally, I thought it would be up his alley because Austin Bodyworker does not try to offer an overly frou-frou ‘spa’ experience, but something pleasant, clean and comfortable.
My husband was very pleased with his massage. The therapist worked a great deal on the tightness in his legs and upper body - he said it hurt a little, which is normal, and when he left the office, he immediately noticed a difference, feeling looser in his legs and shoulders. When he ran a few days later, he could tell the difference. His first real massage experience was a very good one. Thanks.

I was surprised when my doctor sent me to massage therapy, but becoming Kate’s client turned out to be one of the best things I’ve done for my health. Her massage therapy sessions provided immediate relief from my head, neck, and arm pain and she taught and encouraged me to get better on my own through stretching, exercise, and posture. The chronic headaches I initially suffered from are gone. You can be assured that you will be in the hands of a very talented expert at the Austin Bodyworker.

I am an avid runner and work out person with a lot of aches and pains. Kate and Denisa do a great job, they worked out the sore muscles and got me back to my routine. I like the new location and studio. The online reservation system is very convenient.

“I’m a competitive rower. Having experienced near debilitating pain in my upper arms, and having failed in my attempts for pain relief through physical therapy and massage therapies for more than a year, Pearl relieved my pain with just one acupuncture treatment! After two treatments, the pain was fully gone for the first time in more than a year; and better yet, has not returned!”
