Aaron Winning has been involved in fitness and sports his whole life. Growing up in Indiana his sports were basketball, track & cross country. Aaron holds a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The Academy of Oriental Medicine Austin (A.O.M.A.). He specializes in sports medicine using holistic modalities such as fire-cupping, Tuina (acupressure/meridian bodywork), acupuncture, kinesio-taping, and herbal medicine.

Aaron attended Ball State University, and graduated with a Exercise Science degree. He has been professionally coaching and personal training since 2001. He has been a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach at Dane’s Body Shop since 2010.
