The Pose Method for running is garnering critical acclaim for teaching athletes to run more swiftly and efficiently, and remain injury-free while doing so. Learning how to run more efficiently will give you the ability to run stronger and faster, while recovering quicker. In the clinic you will learn ‘Pose Basics’, which will set you on the right path to functional movement in your run. You will also learn some basic hip and core exercises that will help you hold your Pose while you run.
