Norma is our newest member to the Austin Bodyworker family. She is a mom of three boys Joshua, Charles, and Nathaniel and born and raised in Austin Texas. She also studied here locally at Austin Community College where she graduated from the Massage Therapy program. Norma specializes in Myofascial redirection by feeling for restrictions, compressions and adhesions in the body. She a has ample amount of knowledge and a wide variety of modalities she practices such as Active Release, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Shiatsu, Swedish, Trigger point, Orthopedic and Neuromuscular. When Norma is not practicing bodywork, she enjoys dancing (especially salsa dancing) at Dance International. She also loves to sing for her church choir and do volunteer work. Norma actively volunteers for her church and at her son’s school by teaching cooking classes!
